The wood was bought and the plans were printed, finally I can start the cleanup process in the basement. The first step of which is building a workbench for my tools:
This plan comes from the Shanty to Chic Blog. I adjusted it to be a tad shorter and a tad deeper:
I cut all the table top frame pieces and used my Kreg Jig that I bought from Lee Valley to put the top together. I realize now that I need a better clamp, but I made it work.
